How? With a new app called Fit. It’s a nutrition and exercise journal, that lets you keep track of how much you’re eating and what physical activity you’re doing (note: jabbing icons on the iPhone doesn’t really count as exercise, even for your fingers).
There’s a database of more than 7,000 different foods and 300 exercises, and the app tracks your favourite meals and routines, while also letting you enter your weight to watch the pounds falling off. Talking of losing pounds, it’s a bit pricey - £8.99 - but worth it if it helps you get into shape. Although that’s what you said about the 17 celeb workout DVDs you bought…
